Thermal Spray and
Hardfacing Powders

Thermal spraying technology makes it possible to produce coatings from a very wide range of materials.

We specialize in the distribution of powders for thermal spraying and hardfacing based on high-alloy nickel, cobalt, and iron, as well as alloys based on hard tungsten carbides, bearing alloys, and aluminum-based powders, used in surface engineering to protect against abrasive wear, erosion, corrosion, impact, or damage caused by high temperatures.

We supply powders to companies specializing in conventional hardfacing technology (MIG/MAG, PTA, TIG) and laser hardfacing (Laser Cladding), fusion hardfacing, and thermal spraying (Arc Spray, Flame Spray, APS, HVOF, nano-HVOF).

We are able to find the most optimal solutions for a specific wear problem in industry, so that our customers can achieve measurable technological as well as economic benefits.

1.

Pure Metals and Blends

powders based on pure metals and their alloys with high corrosion resistance and good sliding properties, used among others for refurbishing shaft and rotor journals

2.

Ceramic Materials

powders based on ceramic materials with high hardness and resistance to abrasive wear

3.

Carbides and Cermets

powders based on tungsten carbide and cermets with very good resistance to abrasion, corrosion, and erosion, replacing technical chromium

4.

Bond Coat Materials

bond coat and exothermic composite powders that improve the adhesion of the top layer to the substrate

5.

Thermal Barrier Coatings

zirconia TBC powders with a high melting point and low thermal conductivity, used among others in gas turbine blades

6.

Self - fluxing

self-fluxing nickel powders forming hard, abrasion- and corrosion-resistant coatings via spray-and-fuse methods
