A thermal spray masking tape resistant to grit blasting and thermal spraying, leaving no residue on the component surface. Recommended for: Arc Spray, Flame Spray, Plasma Spray processes.
Typical dimensions:
50 mm [width] x 33 m [length]
25 mm [width] x 33 m [length]
Other tape dimensions available upon customer request.
Typical dimensions: 50 mm [width] x 16.5 m [length]
HVMT Orange is an innovative thermal spray masking tape developed for HVOF (High Velocity Oxygen Fuel) supersonic spraying processes in the most demanding applications. It is highly flexible, resistant to extreme temperatures and abrasion, and removes quickly and cleanly after use. In all cases, only a single layer of tape is required to achieve a good masking effect.
Recommended for: Gas Fuelled – HVOF, Liquid Fueled – HVOF, APS processes.

The two-component masking compound (HVMC) is a unique product used for masking holes, grooves, channels, and recesses in the HVOF supersonic spraying process. It has a putty-like consistency — it is a two-component silicone polymer compound designed for use in the HVOF (High Velocity Oxygen Fuel) supersonic flame spraying process.
Components "A" and "B" are mixed in equal proportions until a uniform light blue color is achieved. Just 1–2 minutes of hand mixing are needed before the compound is ready to use.
Available kits: medium – 1 kg (Medium Kit), large – 2 kg (Large Kit).

A masking compound developed to withstand the rigorous conditions of the plasma spray and HVOF environment. In its uncured state, MACHBLOC™ is a soft, putty-like material that molds easily — ideal for masking holes, grooves, or any unique configuration for both plasma spray and HVOF processes. Once cured, it becomes a strong, abrasion-resistant mask, enabling full use of HVOF technology.
