Application

Tin-zinc (Sn-Zn) and tin-copper (Sn-Cu) alloy wires for spray metallizing and as eco-friendly, lead-free alternatives in electronics and the bearing industry.

Coating application technologies: spray metallizing – arc spraying and flame spraying.

Grades

SnZn9, SnZn20, SnZn30, SnZn40, SnZn50, SnCu3 and SnZn7Cu3 (Eco-Babbit).

SnZn9 wires are made of tin with 99.9% purity (according to EN 610) and electrolytic zinc with 99.995% purity (according to EN 1179).

Diameter range

From 2.0 to 4.76 mm.

Packaging

Wire on plastic or metal spools of 15–20 kg, wire in 25 kg coils, endless wire in cardboard or steel drums of 60–450 kg.
